HTC Desire HD (Launch in London)

The HTC Desire HD is a great phone overall that runs Android 2.2. For what I have seen, this phone has won many international prizes and it has many applications and many features that other smartphones don’t have. I find it to be better than the HTC HD2 because of the size and the resolution and also all the applications.

Features: Having a flash and an 8-megapixel camera, the phone has by far one of the best cameras that can come in a device like this. Also having Google Maps as an app it is much easier to search for routes and countries, as well as restaurants, shopping malls and gasoline stations, it is a great way to point you to the right direction and tell you where you are at…

Also, you can install the Facebook and Twitter app for the phone, it is much easier to have the best Social Networks some taps away.

I would defenetly give it to one of my friends if it were for free!

Samsung SGH-A737

This phone is very basic, for someone who is not looking to  be uptadted in technology that much. But it is still good enough for people that want to communicate far away and socially. You can still play music on it and listen to your favorite band and songs. But it's not a bad phone at all, I would take it if it were my last alternative to a phone....

HTC HD2

The HTC HD2, is sold here at Panama, belive it or not at a store called Panafoto, they sell this one and the HTC Mini. It is unbelivable that in such a small country you can find so much related to technology. I've heard the phone is one of the best bets you can have on the palm of your hand, becuause of all it's features and the size of it. The one I saw is NOT what we can call a small phone, it's pretty big, at least for my little hand.

My thoughts regarding the phone: The phone is beautiful, once you touch it you feel that it is solid and heavy, but at least it relates to the quality of it and that the quality of the phone, gives it the sense of being heavy. I also like that the phone has many apps that are related to Android, (if I am not wrong)

The phone is run with Windows and internet so it's one of the best phones you can have. The HTC Mini is also very good.

Great Phone: 8.5 of 10

Nokia E63

I've seen this phone by many friends of mine that have it, here at Panama. I decided to borrow it from a friend at my building and take a glance at it. It is not as impressive as the blackberry neither any other smartphone... but at least it does it job and impresses some viewers and buyers.
The Phone can come in several different colors of your choice.

My thoughts on this phone are: It is still missing a lot of stuff, like more modernity and a sphere/ball in the middle to use it better. As well, more apps would have been better. But I think that it's rather a decent phone, for someone that is not looking to have the best stuff related to technology

Overall ok of a phone: Scale 1-10: "7"

Samsung Galaxy S

Samsung Galaxy "S"

The other day I was in Albrook mall, in Panama City, and I decided to see the new Samsung Galaxy "S" that they had in display there. It was awesome at first glance and I decided to see all the features that it had.

My Thoughts:

The Thing that I loved about this phone is that it's a very cool smart phone that you can navigate through internet and the Screen is sufficiently big to use it well. Also, I like that you can add skype to the phone ( Skype is becoming more and more necessary). I also loved that it is not that heavy for the sake of carrying it, it's lightweight (at least that is my opinion).

What is it missing: Overall great phone, for me, I think that the only thing that is missing is more modern apps and more apps that you can use, kind of like the I phone, or even more... I think that smart phones are starting to grow and soon it will be possible for everyone to have a smart phone.

Overall great...

Blackberry Torch, (Review)

This is the Blackberry torch, and it seems to be the most modern Blackberry there is in the market right now. I would definitely garb one if they were selling them for free, it is such an interesting phone with more smartphone like looks.

my thoughts:

I love the fact that the Blackberry always remains as a multitasking phone, that is very good of the case and takes a lot of pressure away from having to open the internet browser, close it, and go to another application. The thing that could have been better, is focus more on the blackberry app world... I mean... there are just a few apps that are good, and many of them are just plain boring.
The phone definitely has iphone looks in some way, but not exactly. Some of the features that could have been better, in the BlackBerry, are the social network apps, they could've made them better, by making it kind of like the Iphone that allows you to chat and has a more modern app for facebook...

Overall, excellent phone.

Blackberry Curve...??

I remember the day when I got my Blackberry Curve, it was the day Mexico was playing in the world cup... I also remember that my father got it in the same mexican place, Sanborns...

My thoughts: The Blackberry curve, is an excellent phone... what it is missing is more modernity, I mean, the screen should be bigger and it should overall be more modern, for all the features that it has, ex: Blackberry Messenger. Overall it is a great phone and in a scale of 1-10, I give it an 8.5 because of all its features...

But what is missing is more modern features, kind of like the iphone...
